The American Red Cross North Carolina Region serves 10 million people across the state and within four counties in South Carolina. We're in our local communities every day, helping people prepare for, respond to and recover from emergencies. The YMCA of the Triangle is parterning with the Red Cross of North Carolina for a blood drive on Friday, December 6th at our Southeast Raleigh branch. We will need one volunteer to check donors in as they arrive and to monitor the snack table as they leave. Please sign up for one or more shifts below. ___________________ If you are unable to volunteer at the check-in desk, please consider signing up for a 15 minute time slot to give blood! We need 35 donors to make this event successful and impactful. In addition to giving blood, all registered donors that are African American will automatically have their blood tested for the sickle cell trait. AND all donors will receive a $20 electronic Amazon gift card.
