Ingram Family YMCA
Swim for Life is a community-focused water safety and swim instruction event hosted by the YMCA, designed to teach children and families essential swimming skills and drowning prevention. Through free swim lessons, water safety demonstrations, and hands-on activities, participants gain confidence in and around the water in a safe, supportive environment. This event helps promote lifelong water safety skills and encourages a love for swimming at all ages.
To promote water safety, prevent drowning, and build confidence in and around the water by providing free, accessible swim lessons and safety education to children and families through the YMCA’s Swim for Life event.
