A.E. Finley YMCA

The Finley Frenzy is a late-summer youth triathlon designed to provide a supportive, fun, and age-appropriate racing experience for both first-time and returning athletes. Each year, the YMCA of the Triangle introduces over 200 children ages 7–14 to the excitement of the sport. Our courses are specifically tailored by age group, allowing kids to compete alongside their peers while building self-confidence and establishing lifelong healthy habits. We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help create a positive, encouraging environment for all our young participants.
