A greeter is responsible for ensuring superior guest service and making a positive first impression. It starts from standing at the entrance and greeting members and visitors in a positive and professional manner as a representative of the YMCA. Ready and available to answer questions and direct members and guests to the access desk. A charismatic personality is helpful for this position.
