Regional Family Food Distribution-YMCA of the Triangle

Hunger is a tragic side effect of the coronavirus. The YMCA of the Triangle is committed to changing hunger in our communities by using YMCA facilities as regional food hubs for meal distribution for families in Wake County. Through a partnership with Wake County, the YMCA of the Triangle has provided more than one million meals since September 2020. Anyone can visit our hub location at Southeast Raleigh YMCA and receive food at no cost. Volunteers will assist in creating a warm, welcoming, nurturing atmosphere for all community participants. Children 12 and younger may participate when accompanied by an adult volunteer. Volunteers will complete all required credentials before reporting to their first day of service.
