Taylor Family YMCA

The Aquatics Access Desk is the first contact our pool members have with the Taylor Family YMCA when they visit. It is also the area where members will come to check in for pickleball court reservations and equipment pick up. Members are welcomed in an eager, warm and hospitable manner as they scan their card to access the facility. The Volunteer Access Desk Assistant will contribute to the member experience by greeting members in a voice that is nurturing, genuine, hopeful, determined and welcoming. They will assist with member scans, pickleball court reservations, equipment checkouts and other responsibilities as needed.
