A.E. Finley YMCA

The YMCA of the Triangle delivers quality sports programs that infuse the Y mission and the core values of caring, honesty, respect, responsibility, and faith in God. Each sports program focuses on developing character, community, and skill within an environment of healthy competition and fun. The Y offers separate leagues for players ages U5-teens. Each league features one practice and one game each week, a uniform, equipment, and a trophy. Practices include specific drills to help children develop motor skills and improve coordination. Most importantly, YMCA leagues emphasize teamwork, fair play, self-confidence, and fun. All kids play! Volunteers coach our teams and are carefully trained to work with children, build skills, and encourage character development. Volunteers will complete all required credentials before reporting to their first day of service. Coaches will not be allowed to begin the season without completion of all required trainings.
