Facility & Operations Volunteers - Poole

Poole Family YMCA

Join our team and support a welcoming, safe, and vibrant YMCA community! Volunteers can make an impact in several ways: Poole Greeter: Be the friendly face members see first by welcoming guests and scanning them in. Facilities & Operations: Help keep our space clean and comfortable by assisting with equipment cleaning and facility projects. Wellness Floor & Special Events: Support our wellness team on the fitness floor and lend a hand during special events throughout the year. Schedules are flexible, and we’ll work with you to match your availability with our current needs. Together, we can help create an exceptional experience for every member who walks through our doors!

Our Indoor Triathlon wouldn’t be possible without amazing volunteers! This year our Triathlon will be held on Sunday, April 19th, 2026. We need friendly, dependable individuals to help with swim lap counting, cycle counting, treadmill counting, guiding participants, distributing refreshments and encouraging athletes along the way. This is a great opportunity to serve the community, support healthy lifestyles, and be part of an inspiring event.
