How you can help:
Northwest Cary YMCA
The Northwest Cary YMCA prides itself in maintaining a clean and orderly building. Facility Maintenance volunteers play a key role in prioritizing member safety and take pride in presenting a friendly, aesthetically pleasing, safe and healthy setting for the YMCA members and visitors. Facility Maintenance Volunteers assist our branch operations staff in maintaining the facility and its grounds. Inside, volunteers may be asked to wipe down wellness floor machines, fold towels, vacuum carpets or dust mop floors, wash windows and assist with other tasks to keep our branch in tip-top shape. Occasionally, assistance needed outside of the building may include trash clean up, or assisting with placement of event signage or decorations as an example. Responsibilities are set at the discretion of Facilities Director.
